Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He may have tonsillitis with or without urinary tract infection. He may have some kidney stone which leads to pain and burning. So he should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as ultrasound study. It will give you exact diagnosis and take treatment accordingly.
Drugs like levofloxacine or ciprofloxacin or cephalosporine are useful in treating both throat infection and urinary tract infection. But it is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
